RuralConnect provides a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not own, create, or guarantee products listed by sellers. You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, fraud, or prohibited conduct.
3. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable fees. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. RuralConnect holds payments in escrow where applicable until delivery confirmation.
4. Seller Terms
Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions and fulfill orders promptly. Sellers agree to our seller policy and commission structure. Funds are released after buyer confirmation or delivery verification.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on RuralConnect including logos, text, and graphics is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
RuralConnect is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
