RuralConnect is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
- Electronics must be unopened unless defective.
- Perishable goods, custom orders, and personal care items are non-returnable.
Return Process
- Contact support at hello@ruralconnect.net with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back using our recommended courier or your preferred method.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as wallet credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
